Summary0017246: Generate payment field is not shown in Payment Tax window. This is wrong
DescriptionIt has to be shown. The strange thing is that it has a display logic value but it seems it doesn't care.

This happens with other fields such as Generate tax register
Steps To Reproduce1. Go to Payment tax window

The check box Generate Payment is not shown and it should be

Due to this tax payment window won't work for some scenarios
