Summary0017033: Update core and template from the previous MP don't work
DescriptionHaving a 3.0RC6.1 update it by file system with the obx of core and template of revision d2c32038b8ef, fails with a "With your current role and settings, you cannot view this information" error message. See attach.
Steps To Reproduce- A running 3.0RC6.1
- Generate the obx for core and template for rev d2c32038b8ef
- Install both obx by file system

Reproduced here:

a.) Installing new obx
b.) Rebuilding: minor issue: two known deprecation warnings do show up in the rebuild-popup so should be fixed to not confuse user doing upgrade
c.) Restart after the finished rebuild fails with the error mentioned in this issue.

Short debugging:

Looks like triggered by cleanup project.

Among other things ad_task + ad_workflow tables have been removed (with all references to them). However the old/currently running 3.0rc6.1 doesn't know about this and tries to still use the tables and as they are no longer present after the update that fails.

Specifically probably failing methods are Seguridad_data.xsql
selectAccessLevel and/or selectAccess as those are called via HSAS
