Summary0017027: After enabling or disabling Heartbeat, the action button goes hidden
DescriptionAfter enabling Heartbeat, the button labelled "Enable Heartbeat" should be changed to "Disable Heartbeat". However, the button is not shown at all after enabling.
Something similar happens when disabling.

Reported as immediate since it makes the selenium smoke tests to fail.
Steps To Reproduce1. Enter as System Administrator and go to Heartbeat window
2. Click in "Enable Heartbeat" button
3. A pop up is shown. Click it to close it.
4. The window now shows the Heartbeat window, but no button is displayed.

Strange behavior in refresh of Heartbeat tab:
-It's opened in form view by default. If you click on refresh button, no call to backed in performed and focus is lost from record (note the child tab says no record is selected) this causes no button to be shown after automatic refresh performed by process execution.
-If you go to grid mode and back to form view, this state seems to be solved: refresh works as expected so button is refreshed after execution.
