Summary0017005: Rebuild process is not working
DescriptionAfter installing a module, the "Rebuild now" link opens Rebuild window. However, that window process nothing and finishes with success, leading to a non working system.
Steps To Reproduce1. In a fresh pi clone, enter as System Administrator.
2. Go to Module Management and add Hello World module
3. A "Rebuild now" link is displayed. Click it.
4. Start the rebuild process. After five seconds or so, the process finishes with success. However, the "Rebuild now" link does not disappear. The system is now in a failed status and you cannot workaround it by GUI (and probably, only command line solution is an install.source)

[lib-update] Fixed 17005. Fixed rebuild popup
Fix missed build.xml which was still refering to jar-filenames as they've been
before the library update, point to current names instead.
