In the Organization window - Information Tab you can see that 'Tax Not Deductible' field is shown. If you selected this field 'Sales Tax Exempt Rate' field is shown.
Those fields are not shown in grid view. |

Fixed bug 16809 display istaxundeductable and Sales Tax Exempt Rate
Changing configScript because in core those fields were displayed but then configScript changed them to not displayed. I have changed view in grid to N
