DescriptionDescription:
Expense Report. When you click in a link of the output report, it opens in the same window (popup) but with appearance of an Application Window.

Enviroment:
DB:Oracle 10g
OS:Windows XP
Release: 2.32
Browser: FF, IE7

Steps:
1. Go to Project management-->Analysis tools-->Expense report
2. Make a selection and click "HTML Format" button
3. Clink in any link

This bug has been tested and we couldn't reproduce it.

Note that the only supported version of the application is the one in subversion. So it is possible that this was a bug in a previous version that is already fixed.
