Description	due to the project "Notes" all the sections are closed when it they have to be open
Steps To Reproduce	1. Login as Openbravo/openbravo 2. Go to Price list schema. Click new and fill the mandatory fields. Save 3. Move to lines. Click new. Notice all the sections are close and it shouldn't
