Summary0016608: OPTIMIZE-12: Reduce date and numerical fields to half size
DescriptionDates and numerical fields do not need to be so long. It makes sense, also for the "distinguishability" to reduce their length.

some cosmetic issues still:

1) aligment : seems to be 1 pix off
2) disconnect: there is a gap between the field and the picker on high resolutions (this case 1900px)
3) the width is not really half-size, see second image for how it should be so it scales nicely with the screen resolution (shown here width when in 800px mode)
