Summary0016602: Set default value of "isindevelopment" column to true on new module creation.
DescriptionEvery time a new module is created using the application dictionary, it must be set as "in development" in order to add the dependencies, etc.

It makes sense to set it to Yes as default value, just to make it a litle more user friendly. Otherwise, if you forget checking this field you will get an error trying to set the value of module window's child tabs.
