Summary0016598: Automatically update alert counter on navigation bar when alerts are managed
DescriptionThe alert counter on the navigation bar shows all the alerts on 'NEW' status.

On the Alert Management window it is possible to change the status of alerts from and to 'NEW' status. The counter should automatically be refreshed when the status changes.
