Summary0016568: OPTIMIZE-01: Grid Filter Menu
DescriptionFind attached a solution for hinting the user that a grid has implicit filters applied. Not having it was identified as showstopper (1) for OB3 Functional Flow Streamlining.

Steps To Reproduce
Proposed SolutionA one-off (if dismissed) Tip message appears.
Eye button in case of no filtering at all.
Funnel button in case of implicit or any other filtering applied.
On click a menu appears.
For now (RC6) we will not have the save-as or advanced filtering options.

As per discussion with Psarobe we have put these issues forward to RC7 due to business partner´s requests.

Afer discussion with Asier & Isma, we dedided to first implement the message only, later the filter menu.
Find new banner attached. It is an INFO banner instead of a TIP banner now.

Text style: Arial 12 bold #3366CC and bold italic for filter names between ( ). Only show the ( ) when there are filters.

"Never show this mesage again" link is underlined and Arial regular.

I have created a new issue for the separate message.
