Summary0016549: Remove Eclipse launch files
DescriptionThere are some *.launch files in the code repository. This ones are shown as Eclipse ant tasks launchers.

This tasks only add 'noise' to the development process. There are too much configuration required to make them work.
Steps To Reproduce
Proposed Solution- Remove all *.launch files.
- If someone wants to run ant tasks inside Eclipse, he/she should know how to do it (plus all the required configuration)
