Summary0016544: If a column has a default value, and a callout, sometimes the callout will not be called when creating a record
DescriptionIf a column has a default value, has a callout, and has a reference different from list/table/tabledir, its callout will not be fired when a new record is created.
Steps To ReproduceTry to reproduce this issue:

You will notice that after the fix done, the business partner is selected when a sales order is created. However, the callout for the business partner column is not fired, and therefore, the rest of the fields will not be fixed.
Proposed SolutionThe FIC will be fixed so that the callouts are always fired, independent of which reference the column has.
