DescriptionIn both windows to scroll is a nightmare. It should be smooth with having the whole zone in blank. Also the scroll gets stucked
Steps To ReproduceGo to Tax rate and scroll down and scroll up

Go to Account tree window and then to element value tab. Scroll down and scroll up
