Summary0016510: All views should be grid view by default when launced from quicklaunch or app menu
DescriptionAn BP complained about this: e.g. in the User window the default view is form view. This is perceived as inconsistent and confusing.

Steps To Reproduce
Proposed SolutionAll views should be grid view by default.
Leave it configurable (as it was 2.50) but make sure default is grid view.
