Summary0016362: Payment Report is not properly working: links are not displayed
DescriptionOn Payment Report, in the HTML version, the link to the Invoice, Cancelled Settlement and Generated Settlement is not displayed.

It was working before changeset 9138, which fixes issue 0015673.
Steps To ReproduceGo to: Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Analysis Tools || Payment Report

[Assuming there are some payments already] Click on search button.
