0016345: Not all Transactions are shown in Transactions grid

Description

When you have "big" amount of transactions (in my local environment occurs with more than 45 transactions) and you add a new one using "Add Transaction" button, your are not able to see all your transactions, you are only able to see 45 transactions

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install core mp27 and aprm 1.0.14
2. Once your Financial Account is configured go to Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Transactions || Financial Account || Account >> Transactions. Use "Add Transactions" process to add 46 Fee transactions.
3. If you reload grid you will be able to see 46 transactions.
4. Add new transactions and you will only be able to see 45, although you will see message saying "46 items to match" (and if you check database you will have 46 elements)
