Summary0016336: 3.0RC4 and live build: Tax Zone tab in the Tax Rate is not correct
DescriptionWhen going to the Tax rate and selecting the Tax Zone tab, the information is incorrect in 3.0RC4 and producing an error in live builds
Steps To ReproduceGo to the Tax Rate screen and select a record. Click the Tax Zone tab.

Entering a new tax rate, the tax zone tab is incorrect as well.

It works in Classic mode.
It also works in Demo (RC4 + some modules) so could be a regression.
