Summary0016261: The CSV generated file should be adapted to different locals
DescriptionWhen exporting a view into a CSV file, some values like numbers and dates should be adapted to a broader range of locales. Decimal separator as comma or period could be misinterpreted when importing the file into a spreadsheet.
It is remarkable the boolean treatment, where "false" and "true" are just strings.
