Summary0016246: Smoke test: buttons to create years of the first calendar are disabled
DescriptionI can't create the years of the first calendar, because the create new buttons are disabled.

This only happens with the first calendar. If there is already another calendar, the buttons are not disabled.
Steps To ReproduceGo to Application > Financial management > Accounting > Setup > Fiscal Calendar
If there are existing calendars, first delete them, close the tab and select it again from the menu.
Create a new calendar.
Select the year tab.
Proposed SolutionEnable the buttons.

Sorry, I filled the wrong field.
Product version is pi.

And severity was set to critical because this issue makes the smoke test fail. According to PLU, if smoke fails, bugs should be critical/immediate.

The problem is after saving the header, child tab doesn't detect its parent see message in child tab: "Select a parent record in order to view its children here"
