0016196: The partner selection is not maintained in the trial balance report partner filter

Description

When you select a partner in trial balance report and navigate to the detail:
1) The detail is not filtered by the partner selection.
2) When you click back, the partner filter disappears

Steps To Reproduce

- Financial Management || Accounting || Analysis Tools || Trial Balance Report
- Fill date from and date to, Accounting schema, organization, From account and To account
- Account level: subaccount
- Select one or more partners
- Click search
- Click detail in one line. Note that the partner filter is not applied
- Click back button
- The partner filter selection disappears
