Descriptionif there is not records within the grid, the grid itself is still shown with many empty lines. The user has no idea if he is waiting for the data to be loaded or is it empty.

In Firefox, when you are waiting for data, the grid shows the rows in grey/blue color (as IE does), but when you have not received data, it prints all the rows empties, without any color (while IE don't show any row).
A user that is used to work in any of both browsers should be able to distinguish both situations (with/without data).
