Steps To Reproduce- As Openbravo Admin go to Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Transactions || Bank Statement
- Create a new record
- create a new line (without payment and G/L Item)
         - Statement Amount: 10
- realize that you are able to process it
- realize that you are able to post it

In Openbravo 3, bank statement are not present any more. The backport 0015981 will be fixed, and this issue is closed.
