Summary0015945: Add payment details grid filters by document organization instead of organization tree
DescriptionWhen adding details for a payment the grid does not display transactions for children organizations, just the ones which match payment organization.
Steps To Reproduce1.- Go to Financial Account (organization Main)
2.- Add transaction -> Add payment
3.- enter BP with outstanding invoices
4.- Mind that those oustanding invoices for children organizations are not displayed in the grid
