Summary0015868: the behaviour of combo "organization" in regularization process is not correct
Description.if you have got several organizations "legal with accounting"
. if you have created a regularization entry to one of the organizations, in the combo "organization", in regularization process, the organization is shown again, and it is possible create a new regularization entry to this organization
Steps To Reproduce. enviroment with two organizations of type "legal with accounting": org1 and org2
. Financial Management || Accounting || Setup || Fiscal Calendar || Calendar >> Year: year 2010
  run process "create reg fact_acct": select org 1
  run process "create reg fact_acct": organization "org1" is shown in combo

In order to test, create a relatively complex organization tree, and try to open/close it.

Only affected area is the create regularization accounting entry.
