This is not a bug but a feature request, there is no place in the law where it is cleary detailed that this information is a must.

Besides, there could be scenarios in which this taxable base amount summed-up mixed the same taxable amount twice.
Let's see:
An invoice coming from an USA vendor.
There will be a purchase invoice coming from the USA vendor, let's say 1.000,00 $
it will not include any VAT (Importaciones 18%=<0%), which will be shown in the book
at the same time we will get the dispatcher invoice including that Tax Base Amount 1.000,00€ once again and this time, the corresponding VAT at 18% by example.

It will not be right to sum-up twice the same tax base amount.
