This is not an error related to the Invoices Register Book.

It is related to the fact that the system creates the "period" name in English.

workaround: Navigate to: "Gestión Financiera || Contabilidad || Configuración || Calendario anual y periodos || Calendario >> Ejercicio >> Periodo" and in the field "Name" (Nombre) fill in the period name manually, by example: Diciembre-2011

This is not an Invoice Register Book error.
This error is due to the fact that the system creates de periods in English: Jan-11, Feb-11, March-11, ....

End-user can manually change the period name at the application path:
Gestión Financiera || Contabilidad || Configuración || Calendario anual y periodos || Calendario >> Ejercicio >> Periodo
