0015800: Links of the Cashflow Forecast do not work properly

Description

To reproduce this bug it is necessary include a payment in a new remittance.

The problem is the c_debt_payment_id. With this new remittance the c_debt_payment_id is '9B895D1A2619480E8BCE6F98F997CB84', however the rest of payments in the report have a shorter id (I.E. 100004)

Steps To Reproduce

- As Openbravo Admin go to Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Transactions || Remittance
- Create a new record:
- Create a line using 'Create Lines From'
- Process
- Go to Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Analysis Tools || Cashflow Forecast
- Date planned: 01-01-3000
- HTML Format
- Realize that the effect of the new remittance appears.
- Click in the amount to navigate to the payment.
- Realize that this process does not work.
- Realize that others links work properly.
