0015659: Create Lines From Goods Receipt loads quantity of primary unit in both primary and secondary unit

Description

If you have a complete PO with secondary uom and then you use "Create Lines From" in goods receipt window, you will see that quantity of primary uom and quantity of secondary uom are the same.

That was reported in https://issues.openbravo.com/view.php?id=14513 [^] but it is again failing in MP25

Steps To Reproduce

1. Master Data Management || Product Setup || Unit of Measure || Unit of Measure >> Conversion : define conversion from Unit to Bag. Multiple Rate by: 2
2. Master Data Management || Product || Product >> UOM : go to Hat product and set secondary unit = bag
2. Procurement Management || Transactions || Purchase Order || Header : create order for Mcgiver and Hat. set 30 bags --> 15 unit. Complete.
3. Procurement Management || Transactions || Goods Receipt || Header : create record for Mcgiver and press "Create Lines From" button. Select previous Order.

Realize that grid shows:
15 Ud
15 Bag

(where it should be 15 Ud -- 30 Bag)
