Summary0015472: Amounts and History panels in Project windows
DescriptionBoth Multiphase and Service Project windows have fields in Amounts and History panels which fields are calculated by triggers (taking lines or phases and tasks values) and read-only in some cases but not in others.

These fields are not working properly.
