DescriptionMTR not APR compatible shows Manual Settlement document in the report instead of Cancelled Payments document
Steps To ReproduceEnter a Manual Settlement (Payment) including a GL item linked to a Withholding on settlement. Do not mark Receipt and Process it.
Create a Bank Statement for that payment. Process and Post it.
Go to Settlements and post the cancelled payment.

Run the Report for Withholding, purchase/payment transactions.
The report shown manual settlement document instead of the cancelled settlement document.
