0015410: Add a Combined Role

Description

The idea is to add a new role to the user roles that combines all access rights into one role. This avoids the user having to switch roles all the time if she is wearing multiple hats in the (small) company.

Steps To Reproduce

Proposed Solution

If I don’t choose to log into a role, I would get full access to of the functionality I have been authorized to:

·My menu would have all of the options, across all my roles (since I am not limiting myself at the moment to a specific one)
·My workspace would have a single tab, corresponding to my default role
·I could open up other workspaces, corresponding to the other roles.
