Summary0015348: Scrollbars showing in STD community branding in FF3.6/linux + chromium/linux (fine in IE/windows) even if text should fit
DescriptionBefore 15311 the text/layout of the STD community branding page was made to fit nicely without any scrollbars across ie,ff,chromium with 1024x768. Now it does show the new-style scrollbars in FF+chromium even if it looks like the text should fit without them.

Reviewed the diff and verified that with the new code, the scroll buttons only appear when the text doesn't fit in the available space.
