Summary0015282: When updating from rc2 to rc3 after installing updates/before rebuilding some module are shown twice in MMC module tree

Steps To Reproducerc2 virtual appliance
scan for updates + install mp24 (3.0.9006)
rebuild
scan for updaes + install all
after install before rebuild see mmc module tree
see that some modules are shown two times inside the (Openbravo 3.0) pack.
Note that the modules which are shown twice are the ones having updates installed now (the unchanged/merged ones are shown only once)
