Summary0015211: Deleted community branding widgets appear again refreshing the tab
DescriptionBasic and Professional Instances can delete community branding widgets but if the MyOpenbravo tab is reloaded they are copied back.
Steps To ReproduceOn a basic instance delete the community branding widget and refresh.
Proposed SolutionCommunity branding widgets are logically deleted. So when widgets are reloaded these are not copied again.

Notice that if the community branding widget is deleted we lose the unskippable beat.

Tested on pi and couldn't reproduce it. An activated instance can delete the "Welcome to Openbravo 3" widget.
