Summary0015094: Incorrect uninstallation of included modules
DescriptionWhen uninstalling a pack/template that includes other modules that are also included in other packs templates that are not being uninstalled they're also incorrectly uninstalled making the instance not consistent.
Steps To Reproduce-Modules A, B and C
-Pack P1 includes A and B
-Pack P2 includes B and C
-Uninstall P1 -> P1, A and B are uninstalled




Proposed SolutionB shouldn't be uinintalled as it is part of the includes of P2, A should be uninstanlled.
