Summary0014695: When you uninstall a translation module, if working on the language of the module, the rebuild behaves incorrectly
DescriptionIf you have a translation module which translates Openbravo to a particular language, and after logging in that language, you uninstall the module, the Rebuild Window tries to read the build translation information file, but as the module has been uninstalled, the process fails.

This leads to a very weird looking rebuild window, without any build states.
Steps To Reproduce-Install Spanish translation
-Log in Spanish
- Uninstall spanish translation. Rebuild the system.
Proposed SolutionThe build needs to be shown in English if no build translation file for that particular language is found.
