0014673: DE004 A disabled module can be disabled again.
A disabled module can be disabled again.

Disabling a disabled module has no sense.
1. Disable a module
2. Select it again
3. Click the "Disable selected button"
4. After the confirmation, the page is reloaded.

Right now, the Uninstall and Disable buttons gets enabled if there is at least one checkbox checked. To solve this issue, the Disable button should only be enable if at least one checkbox of an enabled module is checked.

The problem is that the way the window is designed, there is no way to know if the checked checkbox belongs to a disabled module.
