Cannot update from 3.0RC2 to dummy 3.0RC2. Failing in rebuild step

The problem is that there are local changes. See the log file
1. Install the appliance
2. Login as openbrav0/openbravo
3. go to Module management console and click scan for updates
4. Click install modules
5. Click rebuild

The problem was to put a module in development and then go back to not in development.

Solved doing an update.database -Dforce=yes and a smartbuild.
