Summary0014563: Accounting dimensions fields should be hidden when they are not used
DescriptionOn Make and Receipt Payment windows all accounting dimensions are visible. Not used ones should be hidden, like in Invoice Windows.
Steps To Reproduce
Proposed SolutionAdd the same display logics that are used on the Sales Invoice window.
