Summary | 0014544: Open help tabs always to the right of the active tab you are on
Description | Clicking help in 3.0-RC1 now opens the help content on a new tab at the far end of the tabs. It would be nice to have the new tab opened right next to the active tab, to keep things a bit organized. Actually the same behavior as in FireFox - right mouseclick "Open link in new tab"
