Summary0014533: Dunning run message when no configuration is found
DescriptionWhen dunning configuration is not set properly (e.g there is no configuration of account for fees), and you try to process a dunning run, the message shown is Green and says Success (and the text is "No Dunning Configuration found").

It should not be green and successful since the system was not able to process anything.
Steps To Reproduce-In "Dunning Configuration", do not configure anything
-Go to "Dunning Run" window and process an invoice
-See the message you get: green color, and says "Success", "No Dunning Configuration found", but the invoice has not been processed
