There are some taxes that have no countries defined in the tax zone tab.

Steps To Reproduce

-Install de last version of the SPLP (1.2.17)
-Assign the taxes dataset to an Organization.
-Go to financial management>accounting>setup>tax rate
-Select tax. i.e: "%sujeto%" in order to select all the "Inversion Sujeto Pasivo" related tax rates.
-go to tax zone.

*There are not tax zones defined.

Proposed Solution

"Inversion Sujeto Pasivo" tax rates must have below setup:
Country From : empty
Destination Country : Spain

En esta nueva versión se han modificado los siguientes tipos impositivos:

    * Todos los tipos impositivos de "Inversión de Sujeto Pasivo" que se listan a continuación, han sido modificados.

La pestaña "Zona de Impuesto" muestra ahora como "Países Desde" = Nulo y como "País Destino" = España, para las categorías de Impuesto de Servicio,
IVA Normal Servicios, IVA Reducido Servicios; ya que los escenarios de "inversión de sujeto pasivo" aplican a servicios realizados en España
por cualquier tercero no residente en España.
