| Summary | 0014429: Error navigating from the posting of a debt cancelation |
| Description | When there is a payment generated from "Financial account" that partially cancels the debt of a sales invoice, it is not possible to navigate from the GL entry to the document that generated it. |
| Steps To Reproduce | 1) Create two sales invoices: the first one of amount 13.92 and the second of 69.60 (both of them pointing to the same business partner)
2) Add a register in the tab "Transactions" of the window "Financial Account".
3) There, you will need to add first a payment, that has to be of about 50.00 (this will pay the total amount of the first invoice, 13.92, and partially the second one, 36.08 -> Screenshot "1.png"
4) Then, add the payment and process-> Screenshot "2.png"
5) I see it has been added -> Screenshot "3.png"
6) Finally, go to the General Ledger journal and see the entrance related to this transaction -> Screenshot "4.png"
7) Once localized, try to navigate through the link of this journal entry (in the screenshot this is clicking on "Journal entry 16"), you will see there is an error and you can not access the document -> Screenshot "5.png" |
