0014411: 3.0 - RCx - Top menus are slow to become active when page loads due to load order
When loading or refreshing the MyOpenbravo home page, the load order (widgets first) causes a delay to the top menus. They appear but cannot be clicked until the rest of the pages is loaded. This is especially annoying for the quicklaunch menus as the user wants to jump to a page as soon as possible.
Render top menu first and make sure the menus are fully operational first, then load rest of page.
