DescriptionThe field "Quantity order book" on physical inventory-lines, should displayed only when the product has a secondary UOM.

This field is only used when the product has a secondary UOM.
Steps To Reproduce-Go to Warehouse Management || Transactions || Physical Inventory || Header
- Create a new header
-Go to the lines and create a new one.
-Select a product that has not a secondary UOM.
-See that this field is showed but is not used, because is cleared when saving the line.

Fixes issue 0014389: The field Quantity order book on physical inventory-lines, should displayed only when the product has a secondary UOM
It has been added the same display logic value to the Quantity Order Book fiels ad the Order UOM field
