Summary0014366: IE: Select all checkbox not visible or not selectable in 'Create lines from' popup window
DescriptionThe issue has been reported in support that the collective box to select all lines in the 'create lines from' popup is not selectable.
I tested this in IE 8 and the collective checkbox wasn't even appearing there.
Steps To ReproduceDone in the live builds today:
Reload Current Page Procurement Management || Transactions || Purchase Invoice || Header
Enter a new Purchase Invoice, select BP and save
click 'create lines from' and select an order from the pulldown with multiple lines.

In IE 8 the collective box to select all lines is not visible (see snapshot) while in Firefox it's visible.

Fixes issue 0014366: IE: Select all checkbox not visible or not selectable in 'Create lines from' popup window
It has been added an span element to wrap the checkbox in order to make it work in IE. This is how the Select all checkbox is configured in similar windows

* Testing the issue

Using IE8 open the "Create lines from" popup in Purchase Invoices and verify that the checkbox in the header that allows to select all orders/shipments is now visible.

* Other areas affected

The fix is very simple and only affects the Select All checkbox of the Create From popup of the Invoices windows, no other areas affected.
