Summary0014364: Unable to add more attachments due to limit by file system
DescriptionIt is not possible to add attachments to more entities than the file system can handle files per directory. On file systems as ext3, this is only 32000.

The reason for this is, that every entity which has files attached has a directory in the main attachment directory.
Steps To Reproduce1. Put Attachment directory to a file system with limited files per directory (i.e. ext3 or UFS)
2. Add Attachments to more different entities than the file system can handle files per directory
Proposed SolutionUse subdirectories in a way a maximum amount of subdirectories per directory is not exceeded.
