Error: check the Deferred field in both the windows,
a) Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Setup || Payment Method || Payment Method (Deferred checkbox appears below to payment execution field)

b) Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Transactions || Financial Account || Account >> Payment Method (Deferred checkbox appears adjacent to payment execution field)
