1) Not sure if "Source of the Execution" needs to be capitalized to "Source Of The Execution". Please could you make an agreement with Rob about this cases.

2) The table identifiers are built base on the columns that are flagged as "Identifier" in the application dictionary. If the identifier doesn't consider the format.xml you should report the bug to the core ERP.
